Refund policy

Standard returns

Otaku Diesel accepts return requests for eligible standard products within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, with all included parts. Decals must remain on their original backing with transfer tape intact, where supplied.

To request a return, email otakudiesel@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can identify and process it.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. Keep proof of shipment; tracked shipping is recommended.

Custom items and used products

Personalized or custom-made products are final sale for change-of-mind returns. Products that have been applied, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a standard return. These exclusions do not remove your rights if an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Email otakudiesel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if reasonably available. Please keep the packaging while we resolve shipping damage.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed defects, damage on arrival, fulfillment errors, or missing items. We cover any required return shipping for these issues. An item does not need to be unused if use was reasonably necessary to discover a defect.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved standard-return refunds will be submitted to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Legally required refunds, including shipping-delay refunds, will be issued within the applicable legal deadline.

Exchanges

Contact us to discuss an exchange. Availability is not guaranteed. We may arrange a return and a separate purchase instead.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law.
